Shipping & Returns

We here at Coyote Hobbies want you to be satisfied with the items that you purchase. You may return any NEW and UNOPENED item that you have purchased from us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange for another item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns freight charges must be prepaid by the customer unless and error was made on our part. You must contact us to recieve a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) before you can return your item. Warranty

Warranty claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty. All warranties are expressed by the manufacturer. Shipping and Handling

All orders will be shipped as promptly as possible. We ship via UPS and USPS, and will ship orders any day the respected shipper accepts shipments. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from date of order, others may take 4-6 business days to ship depending on which warehouse it ships from.
